Luke received a bachelor of arts in political science with a specialization in markets and management from Duke University. A native Texan, Katrina earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas. Before joining TIP, she worked in municipal and state government. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys reading, cross stitching, and being outdoors.
Alexis received her Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining TIP, she worked in recovery and resiliency at the EDA, as well as workforce development in the non-profit sector. Alexis enjoys hiking and exploring new food in Austin.

Jenn, a Texas transplant via Georgia, Philly, and DC, studied urban planning at the University of Texas. Before joining TIP, Jenn was a principal planner during the City of Austin’s effort to revise its land development code. When she’s not working, Jenn enjoys watching live music and spending time outdoors.
Elizabeth received a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, where she studied environmental and land use policy. Before joining TIP, she directed business development at the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC). Elizabeth stays active in the Upper Peninsula, and enjoys volunteering for a variety of community organizations.
Alex holds a master’s degree in public policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. One of TIP’s original employees, Alex has deep experience managing organizational, regional, and statewide planning efforts all over the country. He closely follows the aerospace and defense sector and enjoys watching SpaceX rocket launches online.
