Jess is a recent graduate of UT Austin’s LBJ School, where she earned a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on workforce and economic development policy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors and Economics minors from Texas State University.
Victoria has over 10 years of experience applying her knowledge of data, research, and community engagement toward research and consulting projects. Through this work she has collaborated closely with community leaders and industry experts to develop and execute successful strategies to advance their policy goals. At TIP, she has managed
Luke received a bachelor of arts in political science with a specialization in markets and management from Duke University. He worked in the tech industry for several years, then wrote curricula for a small business scaling education platform. In his free time, he enjoys reading, lifting weights, and practicing guitar.
Alexis received her Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining TIP, she worked in recovery and resiliency at the EDA, as well as workforce development in the non-profit sector. Alexis enjoys hiking and exploring new food in Austin.
Elizabeth received a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, where she studied environmental and land use policy. Before joining TIP, she directed business development at the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC). Elizabeth stays active in the Upper Peninsula, and enjoys volunteering for a variety of community organizations.
Alex holds a master’s degree in public policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. One of TIP’s original employees, Alex has deep experience managing organizational, regional, and statewide planning efforts all over the country. He closely follows the aerospace and defense sector and enjoys watching SpaceX rocket launches online.
