Jessica Myers
Jessica is a graduate student at UT Austin’s LBJ School, where she is pursuing a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on workforce and economic development policy.
Our Engagement Management team is committed to getting it right. This group of highly motivated and experienced consultants helps translate TIP’s mission to inspire and engage our clients and communities into action. Luke received a bachelor of arts in political science with a specialization in markets and management from Duke University. He worked in the tech industry for several years, then wrote curricula for a small business scaling education platform. In his free time, he enjoys reading, lifting weights, and practicing guitar.
Mishka has over 10 years of experience managing economic development technical assistance and research projects for regions, counties, and municipalities as well as facilitating peer learning opportunities. She has led engagements with economic development practitioners, consultants, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders in support of economic recovery projects. Prior to
Victoria has over 10 years of experience applying her knowledge of data, research, and community engagement toward research and consulting projects. Alexis received her Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining TIP, she worked in recovery and resiliency at the EDA, as well as workforce development in the non-profit sector. Alexis enjoys hiking and exploring new food in Austin.

Jenn, a Texas transplant via Georgia, Philly, and DC, studied urban planning at the University of Texas. Before joining TIP, Jenn was a principal planner during the City of Austin’s effort to revise its land development code. When she’s not working, Jenn enjoys watching live music and spending time outdoors.
Elizabeth received a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, where she studied environmental and land use policy. Before joining TIP, she directed business development at the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC). Elizabeth stays active in the Upper Peninsula, and enjoys volunteering for a variety of community organizations.
Alex holds a master’s degree in public policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. One of TIP’s original employees, Alex has deep experience managing organizational, regional, and statewide planning efforts all over the country. He closely follows the aerospace and defense sector and enjoys watching SpaceX rocket launches online.
