The Relationship & Outreach team helps keep TIP in touch with current and potential clients by managing our participation in events, conducting marketing and social media campaigns, and responding to proposals and business opportunities. Creating and maintaining connections with our client and partner network is an essential part of our business model.
Rachel earned a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Appalachian literature and culture. Before joining TIP, she successfully wrote academic fellowship proposals and nonprofit grants. Rachel enjoys writing in her spare time (she’s a published poet and essayist!) and relaxing with her family.
A Greek-American whose first language is Spanish, John studied geography before earning a master’s degree in urban planning. He returned for a second tour at TIP in 2019, following a run as VP, Strategic Accounts at Atlas Integrated. In his spare time, you’ll most likely find John online at urbanSCALE.com.
