The Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation hired TIP to complete a Housing Needs Assessment for the fast changing east Austin area. The completed plan is availablehere.

The City of Wichita Falls, TX successfully pursued a defense diversification grant from the Department of Defense's Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA). The grant award is funding a  defense diversification strategic plan for the region surrounding Sheppard Air Force Base, developed by TIP Strategies, with the assistance of Freese and Nichols. The plan will offer strategies for economic diversification for the region, serve as a guide development for the city, address community image, and will incorporate other related existing plans.

The Congressionally foundedDelta Regional Authority (DRA) has hired TIP Strategies to create a Regional Development Plan for the organization, which covers 240 counties and parishes throughout eight states in the Mississippi River Delta. TIP has partnered withTaimerica Management Company out of Mandeville, LA for the project. The team is assessing organizational standards, including performance measures and accountability. Emphasis for the plan is being given to designing policies and systems that enable DRA’s existing programs to leverage other federal resources and eliminate duplication and overlap.
