Witchita Falls (TX)- Success in Defense Diversification
The City of Wichita Falls, TX successfully pursued a defense diversification grant from the Department of Defense’s Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA). The grant award is funding a defense diversification strategic plan for the region surrounding Sheppard Air Force Base, developed by TIP Strategies, with the assistance of Freese and Nichols.
